The Hitachi@Convergence mobile app provides the opportunity for you to let us know how you found our speaker sessions and your visit to our stand. In the process, business-related feedback will be compiled and will be presented back to attendees anonymously, summarised in CRM Online dashboards. Feedback to issues such as "Will the use of mobile apps provide a productivity aid in your business and does the benefit relate more to CRM or ERP?", and "How successful is user adoption for your own project and has adoption affected return on investment?"

Consent - the app will ask for your name, company and email address and will upload your feedback including these details to our CRM Online environment. We will only use this information for the purpose of analysing the feedback during the conference - unless you specifically ask us to contact you. There is a reminder of this and an opt-in consent option within the app.

This mobile app for capturing event and session feedback at Convergence Europe 2014 has been built using the Hitachi Solutions mobile development framework, is available on multiple platforms and is integrated with our own Dynamics systems.
